I am downloading the trial of Warhammer now and will get to Dungeons and Dragons online next but I just want a general opinion from people on which you think is best.Dungeons and Dragons Online or Warhammer: Age of Reckoning?
i also played both. i did like warhammer for a while, but only at low levels. at higher levels rvr is just insane, you respawn, you get killed, you respawn, some classes are way overpowered and mythic keeps on nerving damage and healing in the classes we played. it has gotten to the point where playing the game was nothing but a never ending aggravation. also, even though you can quest, even solo without problems, questing is not the point. rvr is.



i really love ddo. i love how you can customize your character and can choose not to wind up with a cookie cutter char. nobody is ever exactly the same. however, if you don't know much about creating a good char you have the option to go for one of 3 builds for each class. also, pvp is limited to taverns, so no corpse camping.

the game is group based though. you can solo, but ddo really relies on a good group.

oh btw, love the age group. remember how wow is kind of... immature? ya, not this game. i think the majority of players is somewhere between late teens to late 30s? random guess. however, great crowd.



so it depends whether you prefer rvr or grouping. either way, have fun.

plus, keep in mind: Aion is coming out soon.

Ok dont get wow it sucks. My buddy plays warhammer all the time, so I would suggest that, the only way to play dungeons and dragons (dnd) is the real way, with a Dungeon master and friends doing role playing. So for online games I would say Warhammer
DDO is graphically brilliant, however, there's more of a cap on how far you can go in it and it makes it boring when you reach the top level. I'd go with world of warcraft, warhammer sucksDungeons and Dragons Online or Warhammer: Age of Reckoning?
I played both, Warhammer is okay but the problem is the servers are crap. RVR half the time is unplayable. I played it 3 months and quit.



D%26amp;D online , is free to play, the mods are pretty cool its 3rd edition and I enjoyed playing it. Waiting for it to go live on the 9th.
